First Challenge to get the ball rolling by Rhymer ( 1 Responses )
K. Thought I'd just throw this one out there. Take your favourite non-labyrinth character of all time, from a book, a movie, any fandom you like, and write a brief scene where they wish something away.
It can be humour, dark, anything you like. Just no more than 1000 words and the scene has to end before they enter the Labyrinth (that's if anything happens at all).
Have fun!

Reverse Duckling Challenge by Kore-of-Myth ( 0 Responses )
So, I've had this idea running in my head for a while, but even though I think I'll write it eventually...I'd love some other people to play around with this idea as well.
The premise of this challenge is basically to take a common component of Labyrinth fanfiction, and to turn it upside down. That leaves things a bit vauge, but I'm not done.
I'm taking about a particular component of Labyrinth fanfiction.
Let's be frank here and start with we all know Jennifer Connelly is gorgeous, was gifted with an amazing figure, a beautiful face, and talent. She was beautiful in Labyrinth, especially in the ballroom scenes...and that's something (even I) have gone to no end exclaiming over.
But what if Sarah hadn't ended up gorgeous? What if she was...a reverse ugly duckling? Maybe she hit her prime at sixteen, and things went downhill from there...
I'll let you interpret that as you will, but I'd love to see some interpretations of this idea! Whether it be something you incorporate into your next project, or a short drabble - no restrictions on this!
Bonus points on this challenge if you tie in the whole 'beauty is on the inside' theme, but it's not a must.
